Gorilla Cutter

You hold your shears with a tight grip but usually in a thumb down or palm-to-palm position. You may also have one or more of these characteristics:

You hold your shears is a light, relaxed, thumb down grip cutting more by moving your thumb rather than with your whole hand. You may also have one or more of these characteristics:
You tend to slide cut and texturize a lot
You find you can't understand how other stylists can tolerate the condition of their shears
You like to collect a lot of shears and feel comfortable switching shears
You may be a platform artist or an educational instructor
If you are left-handed you use true left-handed shears
