Unlike most shears available on the market, our excellent Bonika warranty DOES NOT require you to use Scissor Mechanic for sharpening service. We do highly recommend that you find a reputable sharpener because your warranty will not cover incorrect sharpening. We market the Scimech Scissors Flat Hone and train sharpeners throughout the US and Canada and can often refer you to a local sharpener. We are not responsible for sharpening by any of the people we refer you to, but we do attempt to locate sharpeners that we have reason to believe can sharpen your Bonika shear correctly. You may also send your shears back to us for sharpening and reconditioning. Be sure to insure your package and send to Scissor Mechanic —Sharpening , 4221 Hopkins Lake Drive, Duluth, GA 30096.
